3. The machine tool cannot return to the reference point

4. The displayed value on the panel is inconsistent with the actual feeding value of the machine tool

The position detection element shall be checked.

5. The system is stuck or fails to start normally after startup

Restart the machine. If it still cannot be eliminated, reload the machine parameters.

6. The tool rest does not move or moves randomly

7. The tool rest is loose, not tightly clamped and unstable

In casting production, the following measures are taken to prevent and eliminate the cracking and deformation of large machine tool castings.

1. Inspect the structure of the casting model of large machine tools, and place lacing bars and stiffening plates at the places prone to deformation and cracking without affecting the geometric dimensions and performance requirements of the castings; The fillet size of the transition can be increased. For some castings with a large proportion of slenderness, such as machine tool bed castings, flat plates, platforms, etc., especially large machine tool bed castings with guide rails, the guide rails have large hot spots and other parts are thin, which are easy to produce deflection deformation. Therefore, counter deflection should be adopted to offset the deflection deformation produced during casting solidification.

2. In the design of gating system, more than two sprues can be set for castings with large weight and volume, so that the molten metal can enter the mold quickly and stably.

3. After casting, do not open the box too early. There should be enough heat preservation time in the box, especially for medium and large castings.
