KPI stands for Key Performance Indicators, which are metrics used to measure the performance of enterprises, organizations, teams, or individuals. Purpose:
1. Using KPI as a goal orientation helps employees clarify their work direction and improve efficiency;
2. Using KPI as a review basis can serve as an effective basis for rewarding and punishing employees and teams;
